Women Owned Narratives (WON)
Women Owned Narratives needed a learning experience to help their learners build social capital - a complex skill involving communication, trust‑building, networking, and relationship management. I designed branching scenarios that allowed learners to practice these behaviours in a safe, realistic environment.

Social capital is made up of multiple micro‑skills that are often implicit and difficult to teach directly. The learning experience needed to break these behaviours down clearly and give learners a way to apply them in context.
AI‑Supported Workflow
I used AI as a structured design partner to accelerate early analysis and scenario development:
Skill Decomposition: I worked with AI to generate an initial breakdown of the component skills that make up social capital. These were then validated and refined with WON’s SMEs to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance.
Scenario Generation: Using the validated skill components, I collaborated with AI to explore branching decision points, learner choices, and realistic consequences tied directly to those behaviours.
Dialogue & Feedback: AI provided draft dialogue and coaching‑style feedback variations. I rewrote and refined all content to ensure clarity and alignment with WON’s learner population.
A multi‑path branching scenario built in Storyline, featuring:
realistic workplace interactions,
decisions mapped to validated skill components,
personalized feedback,
multiple successful paths and reflection opportunities.
The AI‑supported workflow:
reduced early ideation and analysis time,
strengthened behavioural accuracy,
expanded narrative diversity,
maintained high instructional quality while increasing efficiency.
